TL;DR: We offer a 7-day refund window for new paid subscriptions. After that, payments are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Managion offers a free plan with no credit card required. We encourage you to explore all features on the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription. This allows you to make an informed decision before any payment is involved.
If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email us at contact@managion.com with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your account will remain active and fully functional until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan or to the free plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current period.
For annual subscriptions:
Before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider, please contact us directly at contact@managion.com. We resolve most billing issues quickly and amicably. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension.
